Size guide

Knowing your measurements matters if you want the right size. Ask someone to take them for you. For the most accurate result, wear light or fairly tight clothing. No shoes, empty your pockets and stand up straight while the measurements are taken. Take each measurement 3 times to be sure, and take care not to twist the tape.

Taking your measurements

Height measured vertically from the top of the head to the soles of the feet, standing, feet together.
Chest measured standing straight at armpit level, arms along the body, lungs half full. For women, across the bust.
Waist at navel level.
Hips at the widest part of the hips.
Legs along the inner leg, from the groin down to the floor, without shoes, legs slightly apart.
Arm along the outer arm, from the base of the acromion bone to the wrist.
